Oxidation atmosphere

A slightly transparent glossy dark green glaze, with lovely colour variations ranging from dark green to lighter shades of green and brown. This is a stable glaze with medium fluidity when it is fired to cone 6.

The images show the glaze applied over a slightly speckled stoneware fired to cone 6 in an oxidation atmosphere and cooled slowly. Please note that results may vary depending on the kiln, the chemical composition of raw materials, and the type of stoneware.
