A cup, made with iron rich stoneware and coated in a satin-matte brown glaze which turns to a black brown on rims where the iron in the clay gently bleeds through. Some of the cups positioned in the hottest part of the kiln developed an interesting surface, satin-matte turning glossy with small light brown crystals where the glaze is thick, specially around the rim.

Each piece is thrown, turned, and glazed by hand. Due to this artisanal process, pieces usually show small irregularities and imperfections.

While I try to represent my work as accurately as possible, there may be slight differences in surface or colour between the pieces pictured and those received.
