Oxidation atmosphere

A matte cream glaze with a very smooth surface. This is a stable glaze with low to medium fluidity when it is fired to 1200°C.

The images show the glaze applied over a slightly speckled stoneware fired to 1200°C in an oxidation atmosphere and cooled slowly. Results may vary depending on the kiln, the chemical composition of raw materials, and the type of stoneware.

This glaze recipe contains American Ferro Frit 3134.
